DC takes in record-setting revenues

Even after adjusting for inflation, DC has amassed the largest amount of tribute ever from its subjects.

No wonder DC is now the nation's richest city. I'm glad someone's doing well in these tough times. Aren't you?

Tribute is a good word for it. Someone was telling me how the Chinese empire threatens the US empire.

I replied: Now, how exactly does that affect what I hold dear? The Chinese might even treat us better.

I've been reading Peter Schiff lately.

I think he's right about there being a giant bubble. I'm not yet sure whether he's right about gold and the solution, but there does appear to be a giant bubble.
