Texas bill would block police new federal gun laws

Don't mess with Texas. Here's the latest reason why courtesy of Fox News:

Under a measure advancing in the Texas Capitol, local police officers could be convicted of a crime for enforcing any new federal gun control laws.

Rep. Steve Toth, a newly elected Republican from the Woodlands, said his proposal would prevent officers from carrying out any future federal orders to confiscate assault rifles and ammunition magazines.
I'm sure Mr. Toth's motivations were good. I would prefer a bill that not only prohibits Texas LEOs from enforcing unconstitutional federal laws, but block DC busy-bodies from interfering with Texans' right to self-defense.

But it's a good start.

Oklahoma did the same .. This should be done with all the southern states , with the two main states and south carolina also should make it a strong no mercy we are not backing down . Block all fed evil gun laws(musket laws) and make it a we can shoot back at ya law. We need to use the Articles of confederation and if needed the Declaration of Indep. These are the only two that stop the central gummit . The people are allowed to live of it , there constitution was not adopted legally and that was the trick upon the the nation from day one . Even many southrons don't know of this . But we can use the two organic concepts to legally keep them out of the south period !
