I hate to say it, but as well reasoned as Mr. Holland's argument is, I don't see the federal government ever going for it at any level. I would like to be wrong here, but I don't think I am!

One thing that many don't understand is that the Articles of Confederation are still in play . And we must consider how the norths yankee forcing tactics and its rewrite of history and coercions upon the south. The articles of confederation free the people from a central gummit which also, it also legally stops the feds in their tracks on the musket right issue :) It also does not force an oath to evil (which by the way many use that as a crutch to make allowances and hide behind we defend our country, when in fact they everyday with vile attack the south and everything about the south and snicker and say the south got its butt kicked (which the north lied cheated and did everything evil to get what it wanted and it never ever beat the southern soul , or a northern soul who actually sees the truth of the south and understands its heritage with respect and courage. Very few up north can come to that realization , and use the slavery issue over and over and over as there ONLY weak version arguement. When in fact we do have to Corwin Amendment which Lincoln the commie backed and which that usurper ( who gave us illegal Executive Orders and Directives ) which goes against any sovereignty in the manner they took it. The oath , issue in fact is that the Articles Of Confederation actually to not force upon anyone . Besides it should be common that one would defend itself or family or territory (land). That also gets me blood boiling when the so called oath keepers (who are they really) but anyway they swore an oath , but then they take another selective one . IN other words they are going to obey like slaves to whatever the in charge person is ( we legally don't have a president of this country at the moment or visible one . Acting and pretending yes, but legal no:) Oath keepers , they swear an oath to swear another oath to upkeep the original oath ? Confusing bunch they are. Besides Jesus did say NOOOOO oaths. Washington actually did not do the subscribed oath , he in fact pulled a great hoax and gave us oral oath. So in effect anything and everything they do , they are IMMUNE from , and it gave dc the military corp control of everyone , but instead of the north seeing that it to will suffer by their own hand eventually , they continue to lie and deny the south the truth . Articles of Confederation offer more truth then what we have now .
