Don't believe everything you read in the newspaper. This story is fishy. Yankee government archives are not trustworthy. It is possible that they tested tsunami weapons, but we need more proof than some file 'buried' in the national archives. The file could be fake or planted. I wonder how Waru happened to find it. There has been alot of fake news lately.
The only tsunami in the Pacific lately was off the coast of Northern Japan -- at Fukushima. That's where USrael probably tested the tsunami bomb
( tsunami bomb is another word for Nuke).
If the militay tested 3,700 tsunami bombs, and the tests were successful, one would think there would have been more tsunamis in the Pacfic, but there has been only one tsunami in the Pacific in the last few years, and that was at Fukushima.
I think we're being informed -- albeit in an underhanded way-- that USrael set off a Nuke off the coast of Japan at Fukushima.
