The Texas Nationalist Movement Responds To White House
We've all seen the White House's official response to the secession petitions. In short, the regime's response was, "Self-determination? Forget it! We're in control." What the White House is saying is that we must submit to DC's agenda, like it or not. From the overriding of the Bill of Rights, including the right to self-defense and the right to a jury trial, to Obama's intention to transform the country into another banana republic, our role is to fund our own dispossession and keep our mouths shut. So this energetic and bold response from the Texas Nationalist Movement is especially invigorating:
In the absence of a Constitutional prohibition to a State asserting its independence and with the firm knowledge that the actions of the Federal Government represent an definite impairment to the right of local self-government, the Obama administration's response to the petition for secession for Texas represents yet another argument in favor of Texas independence. With their response to the secession petition, the Obama administration restates the opinion of other current and past world leaders such as Saddam Hussein, Muammar Gaddafi, Bashir Assad, Mao Zedong, Santa Anna and King George III who also believed that governments can and should deny the right of self-determination. In doing so, they have couched their response with misinterpretations of the Constitution, a fundamental misunderstanding of the nature and construction of the Union, ignorance of the intent and words of the Founding Fathers, contempt for the sovereignty of the States and thinly-veiled threats of violence against any State that exercises their right to self-determination.Well said! Here's a toast to our friends in the Texas Nationalist Movement:

Among the providence for secession in the Constitution:
1. Treaty between US and seceding people
2. Constitutional Convention with 3/4 of States concurring
3. 10th Amendment, wherein seceding is not forbidden to a state, therefore that power is retained by the state and/or the people.
4. 9th Amendment, unenumerated rights of the people not disparaged
The regime basically said because they killed a lot of people in the Civil War and they can kill a lot of people now, the Constitution doesn't matter.
Among the Constitutional options, the easiest to effect would be a treaty of cession between the US central government and the people of a state or several states in convention, as it only requires a 2/3rds majority of the Senate and a Presidential Signature, along with acceptance by the people of that state.
We can extract that pound of flesh when, during the next recession, average people really start questioning the ability of the regime to deliver the goodies, and at that time, the GOP / American Right, actually shut down the government and economy until the regime relents. (I give them 2 to 4 months)
It really is all about "gibs me dat" at this point.
With the "legitimacy capital" earned by a peaceful, Constitutional secession campaign, we would ultimately be able to secede even without US central government approval as we would have public opinion and world opinion on our side.
The Islamic World, the Slavs, and the Chinese, as well as Latin America excluding Mexico would be giddy with the prospect of the US regime split into a nation that would mind its own business and an ineffectual rump of Jews and Negros and would likely support the secessionists.
I could see Mexico and the NWO nations having a fit though.
